Kayaking through a Lake Jocassee Waterfall

Lake
I went to Lake Jocassee with Jay and danny this weekend and it was amazing. We sat out on the dock for hours and then built an amazing fire even though all the sticks and logs were wet from rain....I give Danny the credit here, he resurrected the fire from going out several time and I told him Im glad Jesus' inspired him haha. Lazarus mode if you will.
We also went Kayaking on the prettiest water and I went right through a little waterfall as you see above. Jay also gave us a ride around on his amazing boat and that was so peaceful.
Today I woke up early and volunteered at a local Catholic school. Its hard to explain sometimes to people that im a 22 year old guy who loves working and hanging out with kids. Its sad that our society is so used to people having financial motives that some are taken aback by volunteers, how sad is that? I don't know though, growing up and always being around little kids, I just feel I understand them well.
They are so full of life and its just refreshing to be around people who aren't at all concerned with money or success but are just trying to live in the here and now, enjoying the little things around them. I helped with Computer class, lunch and Recess, but lets be honest....mostly recess. The best was the 13 on 17 football game for the 2nd and 3rd graders lol. It was crazy but so fun and I think a few of the kids understood that they needed to work as a team and share and that was my objective.
Anyways, I slept for 3 hours and I guess im just writing whatever is on my mind....
