1-13 Stand where you are, We let all these moments pass us by

Hello there. I left the Bahamas on Saturday and it was a nice vacation. Fortunately, everything was paid for because all food and drinks are like 2-3 times the price as in the states.....
I took a picture of Atlantis as I was leaving and from the plane and have posted them above.
The Imitation of Christ is an incredible book which one of my friends sent me a few months ago and have posted a picture of that as well. I guess I just post pictures and songs that are on my mind and that occupy a lot of my time.....
Yeah so I am wondering whats next. Job applications are likely gonna be my new hobby haha.
I am thinking about trying to work for a Christian radio station or hopefully the Itunes music store. The whole economics/finance thing is on hold, at least for a while....well unless something awesome comes up.
Im not one to talk much about politics and such but there is one issue that is incredibly important and that has been on my mind. That issue is the Freedom Of Choice Act or FOCA, which has been proposed and pushed by Obama and company. Its refreshing to see several of my friends on facebook trying to spread the word about this proposed atrocity which would call for every hospital and medical clinic to provide abortions, even those which are morally opposed. The concept of the government forcing medical centers to murder babies is one that even the politically apathetic like myself need to be extremely concerned about....

1. Vega4 - Life is Beautiful
Sitting in the Royal Lobby at the Atlantis eating breakfast, this incredibly inspirational song came on the overhead speakers. I instantly grabbed a pen and a napkin nearby and franticly wrote as many lyrics down as possible and then went up to my room to find and download it.
Trust me....You need to hear it
2. Ingrid Michaelson - Breakable

3. Michael Buble - Lost

4. Switchfoot - Shadow proves the Sunshine
5. Matt Nathanson - To the beat of our noisy hearts
God Bless
Nick

I ran across your blog researching the new charter school -- and something caught my eye -- it has been bothering me a lot -- why do the people who call abortion 'murdering babies' say nothing about the tens of thousands of killed Iraqi women and children? Why are there no web sites for those orphans, for the born? There is instead, language about how this is all part of the coming Revelations and all that... how the Iraq war is a 'holy crusade' ... this is so crazy. Our soldiers, those innocent people, and it was all based on untruth (no WMDs, Cheney himself said so last week). Why does the "pro life" movement focus only on the pre-born? And vote for people who celebrate war? Who would Jesus torture? Abortion is an easy issue. You can take a position, and you don't see the death, you don't see the pain, or the unwanted children with no foster homes for them ... and there is denial of the horror of an unjust war.
